This project focuses on rethinking a breast biopsy system originally designed for Western clinical workflows, which often fail to align with practices in Chinese hospitals—resulting in reduced operational efficiency.

By understanding local procedural nuances, I redesigned the interface and physical layout to improve visibility from a distance and added visual onboarding guides to assist duty nurses who may be unfamiliar with the system. These enhancements streamline the setup process and support smoother, faster procedures in a high-pressure clinical environment.
